Two Wingham-area men charged with second-degree murder were back in Goderich Court Wednesday.
During a pre-trial application — 26-year old Ron Ward and 25-year old Chris Ward were present at the courthouse to go through potential evidence.
The evidence heard is under a publication ban, but a bail hearing date was finally set for the two men accused of killing 22-year old Scott Hayes in February.
The Wards will be back in court on Friday March 19th to begin their bail hearing.
