The idea of a Tim Horton’s restaurant in Markdale will be the subject of a meeting tonight.
Residents will be able to see the proposal and comment on it at the meeting, which begins at 7 PM at the Grey Highlands municipal office.
The plans call for the restaurant to be located in a residential area at Highway 10 and Victoria Street.
The same proposal came to Council in 2008 but a number of residents voiced their opposition.
And those residents are expected to voice their concerns again at tonight’s meeting despite a new traffic study.
