He’s spending the next year in London, England – as the communications officer for members of the World Association of Nuclear Operators.
Bruce Power CEO Duncan Hawthorne is the Chair of the Atlanta WANO centre, and has sent other employees in the past for similar experiences.
Cannon started March first.
He says his goal over the next year will be to assist in helping countries understand the industry better and focus on safe practices.
