The Blue Mountains has applied for provincial money to cover its costs for cleaning up after last summer’s tornado.
Treasurer Robert Cummings says they’re looking for just under 107 thousand dollars to help pay for the clean up of roads and trails and to cover the cost of providing heavy equipment and labour.
Cummings says if approved — they’ll get the entire amount.
He says they’ve had initial discussions with officials in Toronto and it looks pretty good.
