A new business has cropped up in downtown Meaford.
Councillor Lynda Stephens is now operating Support Therapy Aqua Massage.
She describes it as a massage table with a domed lid containing a bladder full of water.
When the lid is down — pulsating jets of water work their way from your neck to your feet.
Stephens says it has a lot of the benefits of regular massage but its quick and convenient to use.
You’re able to keep your clothes on and you control the jets yourself.
She says a quick 10 minute session is enough to start feeling the benefits which include muscle tension and stress relief as well as increased blood circulation.
