A 19 year old Collingwood man is going to spend the next two years behind bars.
Kenneth Currie was sentenced to two years in jail for a series of break and enters in Collingwood last month.
Currie pleaded guilty to five counts of break and enter and theft in court this week and received the two year jail sentence.
20 other break and enter charges were withdrawn.
The OPP arrested Currie after a lengthy investigation into the series of break-ins at private homes.
Police were able to recover a large amount of stolen property.
