The owner of the Village at Blue might manage to avoid an embarrassing auction during the Olympic games.
The company that owns Intrawest — which owns the Village and a stake in Blue Mountain — has sold off another chunk of the resort empire.
A golf resort, Sandestin is the latest to go, bought by a family from Florida.
The sale comes about a week after Intrawest found a buyer for the village at the Squaw Valley ski hill in California, and about two weeks after the company sold Panorama ski resort in British Columbia.
