Today is the first day that police will be charging people who are talking on their cell phone while driving.
And Bayshore Broadcasting News wanted to know if you have a hands free device in your car.
Most people told us that they do have some sort of bluetooth device, and the others we spoke to said they just don’t use the phone in the car anymore.
One woman told us that they don’t keep any electronic equipment inside their vehicle anyway.
Another woman told us that people over 50 really don’t seem to have a problem adjusting to the new law, but she added that younger people may have more issues adjusting.
One man said that he didn’t have a problem changing at all, because it’s the law now.
