Police are investigating a stabbing in Hanover.
Around 2:50 AM Friday — Hanover Police were called to the parking lot outside the Mac’s Milk convenience store on 10th Street.
Police say an altercation had taken place between a group standing outside the store and another group who arrived in a vehicle.
A 22 year Hanover man was stabbed and was taken to the Hanover hospital for treatment of the non-life threatening wound.
An investigation led officers to a residence in Clifford where they arrested a 22 year old Harriston man.
He has been charged with assault and police say their investigation continues.
