No OPP investigation into the Bluewater District School Board.
It was back in November that Kimberley resident Peter Ferguson had asked for one with regards to closed doors meetings.
He then alleged criminal wrongdoing about the way in which trustees conduct business behind closed doors; specifically suggesting meetings were held even when topics did not meet the criteria as set out by the Ontario Education Act.
South Bruce OPP Detective Sergeant Chris Graham tells Bayshore Broadcasting News there was no investigation conducted and will not be one.
He says the crime unit determined it was not of a criminal nature and not for them to pursue.
Graham says Ferguson was instructed to bring his issues up with the Ministry of Education instead.
