A suspected cattle fraudster is believed to be in Huron County.
Police in Edmonton alerted the Huron OPP detachment that a suspect under investigation out West may now be in Huron county.
The suspect sells cattle to unsuspecting farmers, takes their money and never delivers the cattle.
Constable Joanna Van Mierlo urges farmers in the area to be cautious when involved in cattle sale deals.
Van Mierlo says because the suspect is under investigation they’re not releasing any details about what he or she may look like.
She says at this point the OPP just want farmers to be on the lookout for any unusual dealings and call police if they have any information.
