Grey County OPP are investigating a fail to remain collision from Christmas Day.
Police were called around 6:30 PM after a vehicle hit a hydro pole on Concession Road 4B east of Flesherton.
The officer responding to the call couldn’t get to the scene quickly because of the slippery road conditions at the time and the vehicle was already gone.
Police say the pole was snapped in half and an Ontario Hydro crew was called in.
The vehicle is described as being a white GMC Suburban or similar vehicle.
Officers say there is likely substantial damage to the vehicle.
