The Kincardine Lion’s Club has made another 10 thousand dollar donation to the new playground at the Davidson Centre.
It follows a 40 thousand dollar donation the club made back in June.
The playground has been open since the summer and Lions President Jim Prenger says it came in under budget by about five thousand dollars.
Prenger says a lot of the savings are because of Lions who volunteered and help from municipal work crews.
He says the Lions want to keep adding to the playground, and are thinking of building a boardwalk from the flagpole to the Pavilion.
Prenger says another popular idea among club members is adding a splash pad to the playground at the Davidson Centre.
