An American driver found out recently he wasn’t in Kansas anymore.
South Bruce OPP stopped a vehicle in Kincardine on December 15th and suspected the driver had been drinking.
The 49 year old from Kansas, refused a breathalyzer and was promptly arrestd, his vehicle was towed away and he was taken to the detachment for processing.
The man appears in court this February to answer to the charge.
South Bruce OPP remind motorists that police are out in full force with RIDE programs during the holiday season.
They urge people to find other means of transport if you’ve been drinking.
