A Feversham man will be sentenced in February after being found guilty of a TV satellite fraud scam.
47 year old Bill Muller was found guilty of 25 counts of fraud last week and he will be sentenced on February 11th.
Muller was charged a year and a half ago by Grey County OPP.
Court heard Muller asked for loans and money to purchase Bell Expressvu satellite TV franchises or exclusive territories.
But those territories do no exist.
Police alleged Muller bilked more than 1.3 million dollars from residents over the last decade — mostly seniors in Grey, Bruce and Dufferin Counties.
