Two North Huron residents can now prepare for their trial in an alleged murder for hire plot.
The pair from North Huron will start their trial on March 22nd in Goderich Court.
That will make it almost a full year since the man and woman were arrested in March of 2009 on charges of conspiracy and counselling to commit murder.
The charges were laid after a lengthy undercover OPP investigation.
Both were granted bail in June and are out, but under a form of house arrest.
A publication ban on the names of the accused and the details of the investigation is still in place to keep the intended victim from being identified.
