There are still very few details being released about the drive-by shooting in Hanover that led to the arrest of two people in Wingham.
The incident happened before 5 o’clock Sunday morning.
And about 6 hours later — two people were arrested without incident in Wingham after being holed up in an apartment.
Police have still NOT released any details about the charges against the two suspects — and there is still no word on the motive for the attack.
Police will only say this is an isolated incident and there is no risk to public safety.
The victim remains in a London hospital with serious injuries.
