A special day at Saugeen District Secondary School in Port Elgin.
To get kids into the Olympic spirit, SDSS is having two assemblies featuring Olympian Kimberly Ribble-Orr.
Ribble-Orr was a 2000 Olympic Games team member in the sport of judo; she will be taking questions from the students today.
She has in the past also won gold at the commonwealth games, silver at the Pan Am Games and bronze at the Hungarian Cup.
Students will also be encouraged to take part in the “Keeping Pace with the Torch” challenge.
Through it, residents of Bruce and Grey are walking a portion of the Olympic Torch Relay route now through February 12th, 2010.
