A two storey 10 thousand square foot professional office building will be constructed in Hanover.
Chief Building Official Don Tedford says the office will be located at 414 18th Avenue behind Tim Horton’s.
Tedford says the modern facility will be totally accessible complete with an elevator.
He says the developers are confident the new facility will attract tenants because of the modern conveniences such as better air quality, larger office space, ample parking and accessibility.
This is not the first Hanover project for developer Richard Turner — He also has several senior complex units in Hanover and Chesley.
As soon as the developer firms up a tenant or two for the new office construction will begin.
Hanover has approved the site plan agreement for the project.
