More cash out of your pocket when you go to the hospital in Collingwood.
The hospital board has approved a parking rate increase to six dollars as of November 16th as it tries to tackle a deficit it’s not legally allowed to have.
Also as of November 16th, you’ll have to pay for transportation after a hospital stay, some bandages and fibreglass casts.
The hospital says it’s also going to start charging fees to patients who miss appointments.
