A man has been arrested in connection with an axe attack at a house party in Dundalk on Hallowe’en.
The 22 year old suspect from Grey Highlands was arrested last night and charged with assault with a weapon.
As you heard in the news yesterday — a 23 year old man suffered a severe laceration after being hit in the head with an axe.
The incident happened infront of 50 partygoers at a house party in Dundalk on Saturday night.
The victim was released from hospital on Monday.
