A Collingwood waterfront development has received an award.
The Fram Shipyards subdivision was recognized at the 9th annual Canadian Urban Institute Awards ceremony in Vancouver this past week.
The CUI awards are sponsored by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and are given to projects that show leadership and innvovation in redevelopment.
The Shipyards received the award for best large scale project and the Grey Bruce Health Unit in Owen Sound was chosen as best small scale project.
The other award winners are from across the country and one is in Oregon.
