A Chatsworth man is facing several charges after a lengthy investigation into a July crash.
Grey County OPP were called to Side Road 4A in Chatsworth at 4:30 in the morning.
They discovered a pick up truck had hit a tree trapping the driver inside.
Officers smashed out a rear window and managed to get him out.
He was airlifted to a London hospital where he remained in critical condition for a period of time.
The follow up investigation has led to several charges against a 28 year old man — including impaired driving, no insurance and failing to wear a seat belt.
