Owen Sound Police are worried after a break-in at the downtown Pharma Plus drug store.
Police responded to an alarm at the store early Wednesday morning and found someone smashed the glass backdoor.
Some items were stolen including some anti-depressants and bottles of the blood thinner Warfarin were also opened.
Police are especially concerned about the Warfarin tablets as someone may ingest them to get high — but end up dying.
The tablets — which come in different strengths — are stamped with the word WAR.
Other narcotics were locked in a safe and not stolen.
Anyone with information about the theft or stolen medication is asked to call City Police or Crime Stoppers.
