A 17 year old man will appear in court in December after being charged with driving an ATV while impaired on Saugeen First Nation.
Bruce Peninsula OPP responded to a crash on Scotch Settlement Road on Saturday afternoon where an ATV collided with a vehicle.
Police allege the young man driving the ATV appeared to be under the influence of alcohol — which was later confirmed through breath samples.
There were no serious injuries.
The Saugeen First Nation youth has been charged with impaired driving and will appear in Walkerton court on December 7th.
