Residents in Sauble Beach will have a chance to learn more about their new sewage system.
A public meeting is being held tomorrow for residents who have questions about the new sewage system.
The meeting begins at 9 AM at the Sauble Beach Community Centre.
South Bruce Peninsula Councillor Mark Wunderlich says the engineers and Public Works Manager, Brad McRoberts will be on hand to field questions.
Wunderlich says they are still working on numbers but they are hoping to have the project shovel ready before the winter season begins.
The by-law received it’s first and second readings and needs one more before it can be carried.
Wunderlich says the engineers have ensured Council the construction won’t disturb business in the downtown core next summer season.
The estimated cost of the project is 10.5 million dollars.
The town has already received 7 million dollars in infrastructure money through the Canada Build Fund to cover two-thirds of the cost.
