Grey County OPP will not be laying charges after a child was hit by a van in Dundalk.
The incident happened around 5:30 PM Tuesday when a 10 year old girl was crossing Main Street.
Police say for some reason — she changed her mind and turned back, walking right into the path of a passing vehicle.
The girl’s injuries are reported to be minor.
Police say they will not be laying charges against the 74 year old Chesley man behind the wheel of the van.
However officers are reminding us to be vigilante and watch for children at all times.
