Owen Sound police have charged a 34 year old Owen Sound man after a collision in front of Montana’s.
It happened around 8:30 PM Sunday at the intersection of 16th Street and 18th Avenue East.
Sergeant Ted Kitto says a large moving van went right through a red light and hit a car coming through the intersection creaming the passenger side.
Luckily there was no passenger.
The driver of the car was treated and released from Owen Sound hospital.
