Brockton Council wants to aim for a future 80 per cent waste diversion rate.

Brockton has also asked to firm to investigate what it would take to reach an 80 per cent waste diversion target.
Peabody says this master plan should include realistic goals and innovative ideas and he hopes Hanover jumps onboard the idea.
No word yet as to how much it would cost to create this waste diversion plan.
Brockton will request a price quote from the engineering firm.
The Hanover Walkerton Landfill site only has a year and a half of life left in it.
