Seems drivers are getting the message.
Owen Sound Police say they conducted several RIDE checks over the weekend stopping more than 5 thousand vehicles.
The good news is — not one person was found to be impaired.
In fact, police say they were very impressed to so many motorists using taxis and designated drivers.
Despite motorists getting good marks from police this week — officers were still called to several drunk and disorderly complaints and charged eight underage drinkers.
