Police confirm Durham area raw milk farmer Michael Schmidt was one of two people arrested after chaining himself to the main gate at Site 41.
The 55 year old is facing another charge of mischief and failing to comply with an undertaking after Monday’s incident.
Schmidt — who has also been in court to fight to continue selling raw milk — was charged last Thursday with mischief as well after blocking the main entrance.
29 year old Andrea Barbuto is also facing mischief charges.
