Grey County OPP has called it one of the worst — if not the worst weekends for impaired driving this summer.
Police charged six drivers with being drunk behind on the wheel on Saturday and Sunday.
The first driver was charged just after Midnight early Saturday morning and the last driver charged was just before 10 PM Sunday.
A 31 year old Mississauga man was charged twice.
First he failed a roadside screening test just before 9 AM Saturday in Shallow Lake and his licence was suspended for 3 days.
But the same man was stopped an hour later in Sauble Beach and given a 7 day suspension and his vehicle and jet ski were seized.
A 20 year old man from Ajax was also charged after his vehicle crashed into a tree in Shallow Lake on Saturday night.
