Nurses from across Ontario meeting this week in Collingwood.
They’ll be talking about the impact that work environments have on the health and well-being of nurses and patients.
The Creating Healthy Work Environments Summer Institute runs until this Friday at the Cranberry Resort, and is designed to examine the factors that create a healthy workplace.
The event is hosted by the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
Some of the talking points are nursing workloads, cultural diversity, and leadership.
