Alcohol was a factor in all of the recent occurrences Saugeen Shores Police have responded to.
From July 22nd to 31st, police responded to 15 different incidents — all of which involved alcohol.
Three impaired driving arrests were made, four public intoxication charges, and four charges for having open liquor in public.
In one case, police found one woman dangerously passed out in the middle of a street in Port Elgin.
A charge was also laid for possession of a schedule four prescription drug.
