
Shelburne Police has charged a teenager with stunt driving.
Tuesday June 2 an officer was driving on County Road 11 near Victoria Street when they spotted a speeding car.
Police say the vehicle was caught going 111 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.
The driver had a G2 licence and was charged with stunt driving.
Stunt driving brings penalties upon conviction including 6 demerit points, fines between 2 to 10 thousand dollars, license suspensions and even imprisonment.
