A nurse at the Owen Sound hospital is facing charges.
Owen Sound Police arrested the male nurse after an investigation into a possible sexual assault on a patient at the hospital earlier this month.
However, police are not releasing details on exactly what charges have been laid.
Police will also not comment on the man’s job or location within the hospital.
Inspector Stephen MacKinnon says a publication ban is in effect to protect the identity of the victim.
The suspect has been released by the Court on bail with very specific conditions, and is to return to court later in August.
