The court injuction to end the blockade at Site 41 in Tiny Township has been in place for 3 days now.
But protestors are still blocking the entrances to the landfill in Tiny Township.
And the group says it will stay put.
Huronia West OPP Constable Mark Kinney says police are still monitoring the situation and are aware of the injuction.
No charges have been laid.
One of the protest organizers Vicki Monague says Saturday’s rally has been moved to Perkinsfield Pavilion on Balm Beach Road.
It is about 5 minutes from the site because of the threat of rain and thunderstorms.
Monague says the move has nothing to do with the injuction to remove the blockade.
The rally is set for 1:30 PM.
