More coffee honours for Collingwood’s Espresso Post.
One of the coffee shop’s baristas took home first place at the Central Region Barista Championships over the weekend.
19 year old server Chris Tellez won for making three drinks, espresso, cappuccino, and a drink of his own.
In a release, the coffee shop says Chris placed sixth two years ago at the same competition, and was the youngest among the coffee-makers in contention.
Chris will represent Ontario in the National Barista Championships taking place in Vancouver on October 14 and 15th.
