Some teachers are spending their summer hitting the books to get ready for next year.
Elementary teachers across Ontario will be heading back to school today.
The Elementary Teacher’s Federation of Ontario’s 2009 Summer Academy will be in Midhurst this week.
And there will be more than 2 thousand teachers taking part in the 85 courses all over Ontario.
Teachers attending the Midhurst school will take courses on teaching strategies, and developing reading skills in Kindergarten and Grade 1.
