Creative Writing students at Humber College in Toronto are going to get some pointers from a local author.
Kincardine-area author Carolyn Muir Helfenstein will be talking to summer creative writing students about her book Why Not? — based on when she and her husband were publishers of the Teeswater News.
The book is available in local stores and highlights life in a rural community.
Muir Helfenstein will also be promoting her book at the Kincardine Scottish Festival and will address the Bruce County Genealogical Society’s Author’s night on July 13th.
