Another video-link appearance in Goderich Court today for a 38 year-old Wingham-area woman charged in a North Huron murder-conspiracy case.
She’s being held at the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and counselling to commit murder.
She will make another appearance via video on Tuesday June 23rd i1n the morning.
Her co-accused, a 39 year-old Wingham-area man will have his preliminary hearing date set on the same charges when he appears in Goderich Court on July 4th.
Their names are being withheld out of concern the alleged intended victim may also be identified, and there is a Court-ordered publication ban on evidence at the proceeding.
