Police are releasing more details about the investigation into the death of a Georgian Bluffs woman.
Grey County OPP now tell us the victim was a 16 year old.
They cannot release her name because of a publication ban on the case.
The investigation also includes a second female minor who also cannot be identified.
Police are releasing the name of the man being held in custody.
51 year old Ronald Smith of Georgian Bluffs faces charges of Criminal Negligence Causing Death, Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, and four counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance.
The 16 year old victim was found without vital signs in a Big Bay home in Georgian Bluffs Township on Sunday morning.
Police had been called to the home after reports of a medical distress.
The girl was taken to hospital in Wiarton, then transferred to Owen Sound, and then airlifted to London.
She died there on Monday.
An autopsy was conducted Tuesday but the cause of death has not been revealed.
