The 2nd annual Owen Sound Walk for Kids Help Phone raised about 4 thousand dollars.
Close to 40 walkers turned up at Harrison Park on Sunday to help raise money and awareness of the cause.
Kids Help Phone assisted more than 10 thousand Grey Bruce youths last year and more than 2 million across the country.
Counsellors take calls about everything from peer pressure and bullying to drug and alcohol abuse.
Nationally it was the 8th annual Walk for Kids Help Phone and more than 3 million dollars was collected in events across the country this weekend.
