C-T-V has agreed to sell two of its stations in southwestern Ontario — including the Wingham TV station — and one in Manitoba.
Shaw — Canada’s second biggest cable firm — is buying the three money losing stations for one dollar each.
The other two stations are in Windsor and C-K-X in Brandon, Manitoba.
C-T-V threatened to close the stations if it could not sell them.
