The first bail hearing for a 39-year old North Huron man facing conspiracy to commit murder and counselling to commit murder charges is set.
He appeared via-video Thursday morning in Goderich court and will make his first appearance in person on May 13th for the bail hearing.
A co-accused 38-year old Wingham woman was in court Wednesday for her continued bail hearing.
She has also been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and counselling to commit murder.
She’ll be back in Goderich Court on May 11th.
There is a publication ban on the proceeding and the names of the accused are not being released because of concern the alleged intended victim might also be identified.
