A volunteer in Collingwood has been honoured for her commitment to fighting Breast Cancer.
Jennifer Nichol — who was Collingwood’s Run Director — was awarded for her involvement with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation’s Run for the Cure.
She was presented with the New Run Director Award at a ceremony in Toronto on April 19th.
Nichol increased last year’s fundraising total by 30 per cent from 2007,which is the 4th largest increase in the country.
