About 150 elementary and secondary school students in Grey Bruce face suspension.
Those students — mostly in high school — must update their immunization records by next Tuesday or face suspension.
The Grey Bruce Health Unit says some are in the process of getting vaccinated.
The students can also avoid suspension by signing an exemption form.
The public Health Unit maintains 25 thousand immunization records.
Families should maintain up to date yellow card recording of their child’s immunization dates and the vaccines administered.
The immunization coverage rate in Grey Bruce is 94 to 95 per cent.
