The man accused of shooting to death a Collingwood man more than a year ago has been ordered to stand trial, although no date has yet been set for the trial.
58 year old James Leone of Thornbury is facing a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of D’arcy Molloy.
Molloy was shot at his home in Collingwood’s east end (Napier Street) the afternoon of November 10th, 2007.
A suspect was arrested following a short standoff with police.
Leone has in custody since his arrest.
His next court date is May 27th.
