It sounds like a too good to be true offer or scam, but in this case, it’s not.
Stonegate Condominiums is agressively kickstarting the spring real estate market – by offering unique time sensitive promotional offers.
Scott Saunders is a broker with Remax Land Exchange in Southampton and the representative for Stonegate.
He says now through April 26th, buyers can choose from either a 2009 Hyundai Accent, ten thousand dollars in furniture from Little’s Furniture in Port Elgin, or 65 hundred dollars cash back.
Saunders says all offers must be firm and closing dates must be before June 30th of this year.
The only stipulation with the free car, is that the owner is responsible for taxes, licensing and destination charges.
The condos start from 289 thousand dollars.
Saunders says they have a few condos left, and want them sold, the reason for the agressive give-away.
The first Stonecreek Model Condo opened in 2006 and development has been taking place ever since.
