The Huron Women’s Shelter is hosting an inspirational talk to raise money for their organization from the CEO of the Toronto Argonauts.
Michael ‘Pinball’ Clemons was a runningback for the Toronto CFL team, then became head coach after retirement.
He is now an inspirational speaker as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the Argonauts.
Vice Presidents of the Board of Directors at the Huron Women’s Shelter Carol McDonnell says they’re hosting Clemons at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Goderich.
She says his focus is on teamwork and leadership, as well as empowering yourself to stay involved in the community.
Tickets are available at the Women’s Shelter and are 40 dollars per person.
The event takes place on April 17th at 6 PM.
